Resource Allocation Effect of Green Credit Policy: Based on DID Model

From the perspective of policy impact effect, this paper takes green enterprises as treatment group and polluters control group. Firstly, double difference method (DID) was adopted to study effect credit on from two aspects, namely amount loans obtained by financing cost. The found that in terms loan volume, launch “Green Credit Guidelines” enabled obtain more resources than polluters.
